In my own struggle to lose weight, I would go from diet to diet. Sure, I had a few success's with weight loss pills and I even lost weight for awhile. But I always seem to put it back on every time. It was a vicious cycle over and over.

When I was a kid, that's when I had the most problems with weight. I always wondered how to lose weight and at times it really bothered me but then again, I was a kid and I thought I would always lose it as time went on.

Well, that never happened. I would go on to join the football team and play all kinds of sports. I even had a really tough football coach who made us run around the field over and over. I was sure I was going to lose weight with whatever weight loss program I tried. But, it never happened.

As I was getting closer to high school, that's when my weight problem really started to affect me. I became really conscience of my weight. After all I wanted to start dating and do all the normal things everyone else does.

But my weight always seemed to get in the way. And it was getting me down more and more. Until one day I discovered something that worked and didn't require a ton of effort to lose weight.
